Newton Federal Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Howard G. Roberts and Mark Ross to the Board of Directors.
Howard G. “Robby” Roberts is the former President/CEO of First Newton Bank in Covington, Georgia. Robby received his undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of Georgia. He is currently employed as a private equity investor. His community ties to Newton County includes serving as past president of the Newton County Chamber and the United Fund of Covington. A member of the First Presbyterian Church of Covington, Robby and his wife Laura currently reside in Oconee County.
Mark Ross is an attorney and former residential and commercial real estate developer. Mark Ross is the co-owner and Director of Right at Home of East Atlanta, a senior home care and staffing company located in Covington, Georgia. He is a graduate of Morehouse College and Georgia State University, College of Law. He is a graduate of the Leadership Newton Class of 2013. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Newton County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of The Georgia Bar Association. Mark and his wife Nicole have three children and reside in Covington, Georgia.
